Join Harold Kalman and Meg Stanley of the Stanley Park Hollow Tree Conservation Society (SPHTCS) for an evening of conversation on how the community has taken on the conservation of the Stanley Park Hollow Tree. Kalman and Stanley will present fascinating information on the history and significance of the Hollow Tree, the reversal of the Park's Board decision to demolish the tree, the process that led to Heritage Vancouver and the SPHTCS forming an alliance to conserve this historical artifact and the techniques proposed for its conservation. This will be followed by ample time for discussion and networking. For more information about the Hollow Tree visit www.savethehollowtree.com.
